Potentiostat Metrohm Autolab

This potentiostat/galvanostat, with a compliance voltage of 30 V and a bandwidth of 1 MHz, combined with impedance module FRA32M, is designed for electrochemical measurements, especially, impedance spectroscopy. The maximum current is 2 A, the current range can be extended to 20 A with the BOOSTER20A, available in our lab. the current resolution is 30 fA at a current range of 10 nA.
The potentiostat is equipped with additional modules, namely,
– ECD, which allows to measure extremely low current densities with a resolution of 0.3 fA,
– EQCM – quartz microbalance sensor that allows detecting small mass changes on the electrode during electrochemical processes,
– MUX – cell multiplexer and can be used to add up to 16 cells to the potentiostat.
– pX1000 – for pH and temperature measurements.
